Intrada is a label producing quality movie and television soundtracks that also features a special series of important limited edition soundtracks.
For their “Signature” series, Intrada released a 2-CD set featuring the separate scores of both Burkhard Dallwitz and David Williams for the 2000 Goldwyn-Mayer/United Artists science fiction film “Supernova”. The film was directed by Walter Hill, (although he was credited as “Thomas Lee”).
The cast featured James Spader, Angela Bassett, Robert Forster, Lou Diamond Phillips, Peter Facinelli, Robin Tunney and Wilson Cruz.

October 2009 – April 2010
Began writing and recording the music for Underbelly (Series 3) “The Golden Mile”. Set in Kings Cross in 1989, “The Golden Mile” follows the characters, the criminals and the police who worked and played together on the most infamous strip in Australia, and leads up to the 1995 Wood Royal Commission into police corruption. It stars Emma Booth & Firass Dirani.

In October, Underbelly (Series 2) “A Tale of Two Cities” was nominated for “Best Music for a Television Series” at the APRA/AGSC 2009 Screen Music Awards. Also nominated was “False Witness” for “Best Music for a Mini-Series or Telemovie”.
May 2009 – September 2009
Signed up in May to write the score for Peter Weir’s new feature film “The Way Back”. Written and directed by Peter Weir, the film stars Jim Sturgess, Ed Harris, Saoirse Ronan and Colin Farrell. It tells the epic story of seven prisoners who in 1940 escape a Siberian labour camp and walk thousands of miles across Siberia, Mongolia, China and Tibet to freedom in India.
Soloists Slava Grigoryan, Genevieve Lacey, Julie Raines and David Herzog were pre-recorded at Mad Cat Studios in Melbourne. The Sydney Scoring Orchestra was recorded at Trackdown Scoring Stage in Sydney.
The music team included Michael Letho (recording & mixing), Brett Kelly (conducting), Shaun Rigney (orchestration & score preparation) and Emily Rogers Swanson (music editor).
